Conference Check-In:
Early CAP Conference Check-In:
3 to 6 pm Monday, July 20
Regular CAP Conference Check-In:
7:30 to 9 am Tuesday, July 21
Because there will be 1,000 people attending the Child Abuse Prevention Conference, it is recommended that you check in for the conference the evening of Monday, July 20 (3 to 6 pm) if you are onsite. Otherwise, it is advisable to arrive at the registration/check-in area as early as possible Tuesday morning to beat the lines.
To reduce line wait times, we are placing lanyards and programs next to registration for attendees to pick up.
Which Workshops Did I Select and Where Are They?
Your workshop selections are listed in your registration confirmation email. They will also be printed on your name badge. The printed program and vFairs conference app list the locations of each workshop. See the attached hotel map for workshop room locations. Volunteers will be on hand to help direct people.
Conference App – vFairs
Download vFairs from the App Store or Google Play. Sign into the app using the email address you used when registering for the conference. Select “Agenda” to view information on keynotes and workshops. Click “Add to My Agenda” to create a personalized agenda.

Meals and Dietary Restrictions:
Breakfast and lunch will be served Tuesday and Wednesday.
If you indicated a dietary restriction when registering, there will be a slip of paper in the back of your name badge holder indicating your vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free request. When seated in the ballroom, place the paper in front of you so servers will know your preference.
PLEASE KEEP THE PAPER TO USE AT THE NEXT MEAL.
Accommodations cannot be made for those who did not indicate a dietary restriction in advance.
What to Bring
Notepads, pens, business cards, phone charger, reusable water bottle, snacks, mints, light cardigan and/or fan, and your imagination!
Surveys & COAs
At the end of each day, you will receive a link to a survey about the sessions you attended. Please complete both surveys to provide your valuable feedback and obtain your Certificate of Attendance.
COAs will be emailed after the conference to attendees who complete both days’ surveys. If you haven’t received your COA by July 28, 2026, email capconf@pcaaz.org.
